George Severeanu Museum
Bucharest has many small, lesser known museums worth discovering. One of them, located on a street with lovely period mansions in central Bucharest -close to Piata Romana and Piata Amzei areas- is George Severeanu Museum, named after the great collector who amassed the pieces. Artifacts comprise especially ancient Greek pottery, Roman glassware and a quite impressive collection of coins. To me part of the attraction is the house itself, a characteristic, elegant Belle Époque era Bucharest residence. In one of the rooms, a beautiful ceramic tile stove with rare Art Nouveau style tiles.

Just beautiful, intricate old art nobody do it anymore.
