Full Payment on arrival

As a general rule, pre-payment is not needed. You may pay for your tour in cash, on the day of the tour, in either Euro or RON (the local currency). No deposit or credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking, but kindly inform me about any cancellation or change of plans as soon as possible. 

When Advance Deposit is required 

For some activities or if a third party service provider is needed (such as a car rental company), a deposit of 30% (or as previously agreed) of the total value of the reservation may be required to secure the booking. If a deposit is required to secure the booking, you can choose one of the payment methods bellow:

» Payment by credit card via PayPal

If you prefer to pay for the tour with your credit card, you can do so via PayPal. You may pay easily and securely with PayPal,  without exposing your credit card or bank account information, whether or not you have a PayPal account. PayPal is the world’s most widely used online payment system, with very easy, quick and secure payment processing. 

Please provide me with your complete name, Email address and billing address (street, street number, city), and an electronic PayPal Invoice will be issued to you via PayPal. A 3% processing fee will be added to your tour cost to cover the interbank transfer fees and exchange rates.

» Payment by wire transfer 

If you prefer to pay for your tour by wire transfer, you can find below all details to transfer money directly into my bank account. Payment will be made to “Iosif Cristina Persoana Fizica Autorizata”, my official sole trader business name.

Your booking is considered confirmed once a Confirmation Email as proof of purchase has been issued. The confirmation email will contain all the information for your tour, including the date and time of your tour, itinerary, services and payment details.

Cancellation policy

In case of tour cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the tour there are no cancellation fees, you get full refund of the deposit less any unrecoverable upfront payments made to third party suppliers.

In case of tour cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the tour, the company reserves the right to decide whether or not to offer a partial refund of the deposit, depending on the type of the tour, time of the year etc. The non-refunded amount can be used as deposit for future bookings through Bucharest Uncovered.
