Excellent experience of Romanian wines during a recent wine tasting tour to Dealu Mare wine region!

I had the pleasure to accompany a party of Irish gentlemen for a wine tasting day tour to this renowned wine area of Dealu Mare, some 75 miles north of Bucharest.

We first visited Apogeum winery, where we were given a tour of the winery, and then had the wine tasting and enjoyed lunch in the elegant space of their restaurant.

Later, we had a second wine tasting in the cosy setting of SERVE winery. Each winery is unique and offers a special experience.
