The stunning Teachers’ Room within the Carol I Royal Foundation Palace, opened to the public last night on the occasion of the Bucharest Museums Night. The Room was entirely destroyed during the events of the December 1989 revolution, when the roof and the upper floor of the building were engulfed by fire. By impressive solidarity, almost the entire lost book collection was rebuilt through worldwide donations.
